Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 5, 2026

At Blessed Promo, we provide truck dispatch and freight forwarding services.

Because these are custom, time-based, and labor-intensive services, all payments are considered final once work has started.

1. Full Refund

Before Work Starts

If the client requests a cancellation before the project has started, a 100% refund will be issued.

2. Partial Refund

Within 7 Days After Work Starts

  • After work begins, the client may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
  • A refund will be issued only for the portion of work not yet delivered.
  • Any completed work, drafts, or planning/documentation already provided is non-refundable.

3. No Refund

After Delivery

Once the project, design, website, marketing work, or digital files have been delivered or approved, no refunds will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Delivered digital files
  • Branding/logo concepts once provided
  • SEO work already performed
  • Marketing/advertising work already performed
  • Any third-party expenses (plugins, apps, hosting, domains, ad spend)

5. Revisions Guarantee

If the client is not satisfied with the delivered work, we offer free revisions within the scope of the selected package.

6. Unauthorized Payments / Chargebacks

Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will be handled according to bank & payment processor policies.

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
