Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 31, 2026
At Blessed Promo, we provide digital marketing services including social media management, SEO, paid advertising, web design, and branding.
Because these are custom, time-based, and labor-intensive services, all payments are considered final once work has started.
1. Full Refund
Before Work Starts
If the client requests a cancellation before the project has started or campaign launched, a 100% refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.
2. Partial Refund
Within 7 Days After Work Starts
- After work begins, the client may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
- A refund will be issued only for the portion of work not yet delivered.
- Any completed work, campaign setup, or creative assets already provided is non-refundable.
3. No Refund
After Delivery
Once the project, design assets, campaign, or marketing work has been delivered or launched, no refunds will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Delivered digital files and creative assets
- Branding/logo concepts once provided
- SEO work and content already published
- Advertising campaigns already launched
- Any third-party expenses (ad spend, software subscriptions, stock images, domain/hosting)
5. Revisions Guarantee
If the client is not satisfied with the delivered work, we offer revisions within the scope of the selected package. We're committed to working with you until you're happy with the results.
6. Unauthorized Payments / Chargebacks
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will be handled according to bank & payment processor policies. Initiating a chargeback after work has been delivered may result in legal action.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
