Payment is due upon purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All transactions are in USD.
3. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Summary:
- Full refund if cancellation occurs before work starts.
- Within 7 days after work starts: partial refund for undelivered work only.
- No refunds after delivery or approval of work.
- Non-refundable: delivered files, branding/logo concepts once provided, SEO/marketing work already performed, and any third-party expenses (plugins, apps, hosting, domains, ad spend).
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate with our team to ensure effective service delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Blessed Promo remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Blessed Promo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if terms are violated or payments are not made.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
